when I go to get banded, do I need to bring my own water bottles or does the hotel provide the guests with bottled water?

The hotel provides you with plenty of bottles of water. No need to worry.

It's not a problem there like it is farther into Mexico. I had iced drinks and used the hotel and clinic's bottled water, and everything was fine.

Only drink bottled water. The hotel will give you some and if you need more, order it!

I had a lemonade at the cantina one night (with ice) and was sick for over a week (in bed a few days even). Not 100% sure it was the ice but it was the only difference from my first visit. Husband was sick too. Yes he went with me and he foolishly used some of the tap water to make coffee.

So, I would suggest being careful of the ice too. JMHO.

I BOUGHT SEVERAL BOTTLES AT THE AIRPORT BEFORE HEADING TO MX. THE HOTEL WATER THOUGH BOTTLED, IS BOTTLED IN MX. THE BOTTLED WATER AT THE OCC IS FROM COSTCO.
