deparis Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 Hi all and congratulations on your amazing progress... Since being banded on 5/23, I've steadily lost 2lbs a week like they want you to loose in a healthy way (believe me I'll love to lose more). I'm down to 204lbs from a pre-op of 220 and 211lbs on surgery day. I just wanted you to check the changes on your B MI, which I think is the single most important indicator of health (Weight height ratio). I just realized I went from a B MI of 36.6 to 34.0 and that my friends is AMAZING! I cannot wait to hit the gym for more changes as this is my 3rd week post-op! I'll keep you posted, please share your success >

deparis Posted June 11, 2008 Author Report Posted June 11, 2008 Awesome ladies! It's refreshing to see your progress! I knew you kept your records! It's terrific to see these numbers drastically go down as the weight comes off, and most of all get out of that category of OBESE or MORBIDLY OBESE we once were in! GREAT WORK! >
mom12 Posted June 11, 2008 Report Posted June 11, 2008 I started at 39.8 and am now at 30.9. Not far until I see the 20's again.
