So apparently I can feel my band

I am 2 weeks post op and for the past week I’ve been having this issue…..it constantly fells like something is stuck in my throat, every time I swallow it feels like a knot kwim…..although I am just on liquids right now. I’ve been emailing Dr Ortiz explaining my situation and he said that some people are sensitive enough that they can feel their band…hummmm. He says it usually resolves it’s self within a few weeks but I may need medication until the esophagus get accustom to the band. I hope it goes away soon, I try and ignore it but sometimes it drives me mad!

WOW that has got to be a weird feeling... I dont think I would be able to stand that.. Did he say what kind of meds he was going to give you for it?
