Mix:

2 Packages of 1 OZ SF/FF jello instant pudding

1 Package of 0.3 OZ SF jello gelatin

4 cups of skim or fat free milk (as described on pudding mix, NOT in addition to)

Works with all sorts of combinations.

Some ideas:

Chocolate/Orange

Chocolate/Raspberry

Vanilla/Cherry

Cheesecake/Strawberry

Makes 4 (1 cup) servings. Garnish with fruit and/or lite whipped cream. :)

Thanks again Yorkiemommy for a gret recipe with a beautiful picture as well. Since I too am on liquids for 3 days (as I'm thinking you are too) I"ll try this when I get home. Still here at the Hotel Lucerna. How'd your fill go? Dr So did mine and it went great. More details to come.

I just mixed up a vanilla/raspberry concoction - can't wait for it to set up - licking the bowl was the best...lol!!

THis never set up for me and I ended up dumping the whole thing out!

I was recently banded on the 10th and although this looks great can i have pudding during the creamy soup phase? Not sure how thick this really is.
