Walden Farm's Salad Dressing

A bandster from another forum turned me on to Walden Farm's salad dressings. He said he ate tuna mixed with Walden Farm's dressing for lunch every day. He's lost over 100 pounds

I found some at Kroger's grocery store in the produce section. There are several to choose from. 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 sugars. WOWZA!

Believe it or not, the one I tried is great! I bought Ranch and mixed it in my tuna and it was good!!!!

I bought the Starkist Chunk Light Tuna 3 oz. packet (20 g. protien) and mixed it with just a little salad dessing and am having a hard time eating it all. RESTRICTION IS HERE!?

Wow! That sounds really good! But everything sounds good right now because I'm on liquids only! And I don't even LIKE tuna! LOL! I'll have to keep that in mind to try after I can eat real food again.

I used to use the Walden dressings and I had forgotten about them. Thank you for reminding me about them.
