FIRST MEAL

YEAH!!!! I GOT TO EAT SOLIDS TODAY!!!!! I WAS KIND OF AFRAID SO I STARTED OFF WITH OATMEAL. I ATE ABOUT 2/3RDS OF IT. I COULD OF ATE MORE BUT I FELT SATISFIED AND I DID NOT WANT ANY ISSUES. THAN FOR LUNCH I HAD A LEAN CUSINE PIZZA WITH NO PROBLEMS. FOR DINNER I MAD SALMON, SUGAR SNAP PEAS, MASHED POTATOS, AND A SPINACH SALAD. I GOT THRU 4OZ. OF SALMON AND SUGAR SNAP PEAS. THAT TOOK A GOOD WHILE WITH ALL THE CHEWING AND ALL. I NEVER ATE THE MASHED POTATOS OR SPINACH SALAD. I USE TO HATE ALL FISH(EXCEPT FOR CAPT. D'S) AND TONIGHT I THOUGHT THE SALMON WAS DELISH. I READ ABOUT A GREAT HOMEMADE MARINADE. THE ONLY REASON I DID SALMON IS I KEPT READING IT WAS A GOOD FIRST MEAL. I AM SO GLAD I DID. I ALSO MADE A CUCUMBER SAUCE TO GO WITH IT. HERE IS THE RECIPE IF YOUR WANTING A GOOD FIRST, SECOND, OR ONE HUNDREDTH MEAL.

MARINADE 1/3 CUP SOY SAUCE

1/3 CUP BROWN SUGAR

1/3 CUP WATER

1/4 CUP VEG. OIL

1 1/2 LEMON JUICE

SALT, PEPPER, ONION POWDER

LET SET IN MARINADE FOR AT LEAST TWO HOURS

AND GRILL ON TOP OF ALLUM. FOIL FOR 6 TO 8 MIN ON EACH SIDE

I ALSO LIKE CUCUMBER SAUCE AND THIS ONE IS LOW FAT AND CALORIE

LIGHT OR FAT FREE PLAIN YOUGURT

PEELED CUCUMBER THAN SHREDD INTO YOUGURT

LEMON JUICE

DILL WEED

GARLIC

ONE SWEET IN LOW

SALT AND PEPPER

THIS MAKES A BIG BATCH THAT WILL LAST A LONG TIME.DAWN

That sound like it would be good and especially with cucumber sauce. I can not wait to try it. My solid food stage begins July 7.
