I go for my first fill on July 11th. How much (cc) does he usually give for the 1st fill and what type of payments does he accept? (I’m not sure if I need to bring cash with me)

That is where I am going as well! Julie over at Calgary LapBanders on Yahoo would probably know this? I think I heard $100 and he follows the Calgary guidelines on fills.

Hi Calgary girlies

I pay DR D with a cheque made out to him for $100.

I had my 2nd and 3rd fill with him but Julie would be able to advise on 1st fill.
