Dumb food question

I get the not eating and drinking rule...but does that mean that cold cereal is verboten?

Were most of you able to eat breads and rice before you got your first (or 2nd) fill?

There are no dumb questions..and that's a good one.

I am on mushy foods right now and eat cold cereal, but don't drink the left over milk.

Maybe one of the other girls can give you a more informed answer???

I wondered exactlyt the same thing but I can't find an answer for that one. Good question!

When I had the my pre-op with Dr. Miranda, I asked her about eating cereal with milk. She said it would be o.k. as long as I chose healthy high fiber , low sugar cereals. I am already one week on solids and had my first bowl of cereal. I had frosted mini wheats.
