Of course you aren't, but I wanted to check on you anyway. Did everything go ok? I hope you are holding up ok. I've been thinking about you and your family a lot and hoping you are all doing ok.

Greetings and thanks for all of the prayers and kind thoughts. We are doing O.K. At times, my wife and I take turns breaking down. Our daughter has took it hard as well. The visitation was last Wednesday and the funeral was Thursday. This was the hardest two days of our lives. The service was beautiful. The funeral home and the military personnel done an outstanding job.

Shawn loved to ride motorcycles and he died doing what he enjoyed most. We found out last Monday that he had signed an organ donor card and they had trouble reaching us since our home phone and 2 cell phones were constantly in use. So due to the time limitations, the only organs he could donate was his eyes. So there is one person out there somewhere that can see due to his donation.

Thanks again to everyone and may God bless each and everyone of you.

Thanks for the update Jim. Military funerals are so beautiful and heart wrenching at the same time.

What an amazing young man your son was. Serving his country, reenlisting and donating his organs. He was a very unselfish, giving person. You and your wife did a great job raising a son with such good character. You and your family have a lot to be proud of.

Hugs,

Jena
