behealthy Posted July 20, 2008 Report Share Posted July 20, 2008 I was banded on Wed and I have been drinking only water and gatorade. The broth taste gross to me. I'm only drinking 4 glasses of water max right now. So my question is should I be drinking more water and I have no protein at all right now. Kittycat Posted July 20, 2008 Report Share Posted July 20, 2008 Congrats!!! Yes try to get some calories into you. Jello, popcicles, protein water. You don't want to get sick. I know how you feel, the first 4 days, I struggled to get anything into me. I probably got 200 calories a day...and could barely sip water.
