been gone for a bit

Well I've been busy at work and looking for a house and such so i've been gone for a bit. But now I have a question. I'm 4 weeks post-op. Today when I yawn or take a deep breath i have a pain right in the center of my stomach about 4 or 5 inches above my belly button. anyone else ever have pain like this? it's not tremendous pain. it's very tolerable. i'm just worried about what it is. i've felt this before but it never lasted too long. this has been like this for a few hours now probably. i only feel it though when i'm yawning or taking a deep breath.

I don't know what it is, but everything looked good on the x-ray Tuesday. I think it's maybe a little scar tissue pulling loose.

Does it hurt to breathe? Could it be your lungs? Or a stitch (sharp pain under diaphram when you breathe) which is trapped gas?

no it's not my lungs or that little pain under my ribs. that pain has gone away finally. i haven't felt that in a while. this is dead in the center of my stomach about 4 or so inches above my belly button. I hope that's all it is Phoenix. I felt it also when I was walking as well. I'm able to take down food and water just fine so I don't think anything is terribly wrong. ::crosses fingers:: let's hope

Glad you are feeling better...I get stitches (trapped gas) under my ribs and in my back all the time, it's sharp, stop you in your tracks kind of pain.

But thank goodness it passes after awhile.
