how long does your full feeling last

I was just wondering about how long everyone's full feeling last. i had two fills and lately it seems that soon after i eat i get hungry. i can eat a whole lean cuisine and about 2 1/2 hours later i am hungry. i dont give in and drink tons of water, but i was wondering if anyone is going through this. also if anyone went through this and then got a fill and everything was better.

my full feeling lasts 3-4 hours also, sometimes 5 if I've eaten alot of protein. The question is are you still losing weight? If not it may be time for another fill. It sounds like you can eat an awful lot from what my experience is. Good for you on the water though, that's my toughest thing to get in. Call the OCC and inquire also or wherever you get your fills done.

I eat something every 2-3 hours, but not very much. Like a 1/4 cup of cashews is plenty! I can wait until the 4 hour mark, but I'll be hungry and eat too fast and PB. If I eat little bits every few hours I'm fine. Since doing this the last couple of weeks I haven't PB'd.

I too eat every 2-3 hours,yes small frequent "meals" are the way to go for some. My pbing also has gone away.

I have always noticed the Lean Cuisine does not stick with me either. I am only 14 days post op, so I am no expert bander. Since I get hungry very often, I plan to try 4 oz pure lean protein before eating anything else, then add my veggies. And just see how many hours that will last me. Just as an experiment...... I would love to use lean cuisine because they are so easy.

You're supposed to eat your protein 1st as that's what will fill you up and keep you full longer. I found when I was eating Lien Cuisine, you're eating everything at once, and alot of carbs. Sometimes when I eat pizza, I eat the topping 1st, and then if I still have room, I'll start to eat the crust.. weird, I know.. but hey... it works!
