I have been using tuna. I get the albacore packets that you don't have to drain, 3oz size which is perfect portion. I then have fresh spinach leaves chopped, like 1/4 cup or less and top it with delicious raspberry vinaigrette or any other light dressing about 1 tablespoon. I have the tuna on one side and the spinach on they other. I eat half of the tuna plain first and then mix it up as a salad and finish the rest. The dressing helps the spinach to will by that time making it easy to eat and so good for me. I have this most days for lunch and am no tired of it yet!!

I do what Julie does too - tuna packet - easy, not so expensive 98 cents - no mess, no leftovers. I drizzle some Walden Farms dressing over my tuna - really makes it tasty. I also chew on a few veggies: either carrot sticks or sugarsnap peas. Past two months, I also have a couple of strawberries. Not sure what fruit I will have once strawberries aren't available :(

When I go out to lunch I have Arby's chicken salad wrap - and eat half. Has apples, chicken, and pecans or walnuts in it. Tastes great.

I have really been enjoying Campbells Select Harvest, Mexican Style Chicken Tortilla soup. I add a dash of garlic powder, and a tablespoon of sour cream. It is DELICIOUS! One serving has 130 calories, 2.5 grams fat, and 8 grams of protein! Yummy!

Thanks guys. Those are all great tips. Do you ever mix the tuna with low fat mayo? What about rolled up turkey cold cuts...is that ok?
