Take care and we are praying for your safety. We have fared well here in DeRidder, LA. It actually skirted around us and we got a little rain and wind, but nothing serious. I have 8 family members here that are from Morgan City, LA and there homes didn't fare so well. We still have family in Houma we have not heard from. Kim2BSlim Posted September 2, 2008 Report Share Posted September 2, 2008 We did just fine! We had sustained winds of about 45-50 mph for about 4 hrs yesterday and it rained like crazy.
