It says I will lose 1.5 pound in a week if I follow this program. No special food just counting your food intake and the Bodybugg tells you how many you have burned in a day. It's so cool and like some of you have said a great motivator. They are on sale at 24fitness for 199.00 the bodybugg site sells them for over 300 this is a great deal! Check it out!!!!!!! I've heard you can get them on Ebay but that those are usually the older models... Also isn't there a monthly charge for use of the software?? Do you know how much that is?
