sphynxmomma
Is there a rule? This would mean you are drinking while eating ehh??? And what about stuff like watermelon?
julieburns
I'm not sure what you mean but it sounds like you are sort of kidding around with the "rules". I've eaten watermelon with no problems and never was told not to. I think the more liquidy things won't stay in your pouch as long thus not keeping you full as long. They do encourage us to eat "hard" protein to help in keeping us full longer.
Kittycat
I eat cold cereal all the time. Muslix Apple Crisp with skim milk. I am not a big fan of milk, so tend to eat around it....it's very filling and yummy!!
momonamission
I tried to eat cereal the other day. I love cereal and I have not had any since surgery ( june 3) I had 3 bites and knew if I took one more bite I would be in serious pain. I put the bowl on the counter and grieved for just a little bit over the loss of my Coco Krispies.
