You type in you weight, height, activity level, goal weight, and goal date and this program calculates the weight loss- if it's too aggressive, etc. Don't hold the New York Timew to it, like I said its just a motivator. I put in my data and my goal to get down to 140 by June 10, 2009 (one year from my surgery date) and it calculated that I would need to eat 1200 calories per day to do this...right on target!!! Willi333 Posted September 12, 2008 Report Share Posted September 12, 2008 Thanks for the link, Kali I changed the "goal date" from January 1, 2009 up to April 1, 2009 and it gave me everytime the 1200 calories and the average 1.5 lbs weight loss a week, as I changed it to December 31, 2008 it stated that my goal would be too agressive and that I should change it to a later date , mmmhhhhh I don't know ....
