I was thinking about both of them just yesterday. They both always have such great insight into band life and I really enjoy their posts as well.

I have noticed Evette on here more than before, so that's a plus! She's got great advice and insight as well. And Lisa never really left.....she always says something I want to read.

Hello my beautiful friends!! I am doing great, still not losing though! The weather has been great here and I have been spending most of my time outside with the kids. I promise to check in more often!
