If you were NEVER able to eat bread and always had decent restriction and then the next day you felt your restriction had vanished and was able to eat a piece of bread? Because now I’m freaking out. AND lately I feel all gassy and such …

Believe me, restriction comes and goes...last week I felt like I had none and booked a fill for this Wednesday..now it's back!

It can depend on what you eat, I realized that eating slippery foods doesn't work for me...I feel hungry right afterwards...solids only from now on.

I am able to eat bread from time to time...some days no, some days yes...again because restriction gets lose and then tightens.

Make a diary of your daily intake and maybe that will give you clues as to what works best.

Don't worry, your body is changing and new quirks will crop up! You are doing great!

I also agree! Somedays I can eat bread and other days I can't.
