Learning to eat ALL over again

So I had a 2nd fill last week and I THOUGHT I had restriction before, but now that I have had another fill I think I finally know what real restriction is now. YAYYYY.

My fill doctor has you go back to liquids clear then all liquids (including creamy soups) for about 8 days. It is soooo hard to do this AGAIN but it is definetly worth it as I have dropped 6 pounds since the fill last week. Another YAYYYY!

I think this time around I am really going to have to follow the 1/4 - 1/2 cup food rule as there doesn't seem to be much room down in that pouch.

Cross your fingers for me that I enter the 160s by November 1st.
