Teeth whitening

So I always thought that my teeth were decently white, but lately, I've been noticing in pictures, that some of my friends teeth are really nice and white! So I've been thinking about using those Crest Whitestrips. Do those work well? Are there any side effects? Or should I be going to the dentist to get them whitened? And how often should I get them professionally whitened? Do most insurances cover teeth whitening? I read your guy's talk about that Zoom Whitening, but it sounds expensive so I was hoping to go a cheaper route. Advice?

I've used the Crest Whitestrips and they do work. You do have to be creative when wearing them and squeeze the gel into the spaces between your teeth or else the fronts of your teeth are white but the cracks are not. My problem with the strips is that my gums get extremely sensitive and I develop mouth sores. While I am at OCC I am going to plunk down the extra $$$ and have the Zoom done.

If you want to make your teeth as like as your friends and whitning, you have to brush regularly. also take a good treatment from doctor. its work.

i can't imagine any insurance plan covering teeth whitening.

it's definitely cosmetic.

but the crest white strips do work amazingly!
