julieburns Posted October 21, 2008 Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 1 pkg. lean fresh ground turkey 1 T. olive oil 2 cans (14.5 oz.) chicken broth 1 jar (16 oz.) thick and chunky salsa 1 cup corn 2 T. lime juice (fresh is best) 2-3 T. fresh cilantro, chopped ( I use more as I love cilantro) Salt and pepper to taste Tortilla Chips, optional sour cream, optional Heat olive oil in saucepan. Ad turkey and cook over med. heat 10 mins. Add other ingredients. Bring to simmer, stirring. Cover and cook minimum 10 mins. Garnish with tortilla chips and sour cream if desired.
