Crockpot White Chicken Chili

White Chicken Chile

Ingredients:

1 pkg White Chicken Chile seasoning (found near the Taco seasoning)

2 cups of water

1 can of corn, undrained

1 can of your favorite white bean (I like Northern White beans), drained

2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (boiled for 20 minutes and cubed)

1/2 cup Tomato Paste

1 small onion, chopped

Directions:

Throw it all in the crockpot on low, go to work, and come home to this! You can serve with Fat Free or Low Sodium saltines). It serves a family of 3 just perfect (husband, wife, teenage daughter) with a little left over for banded person for lunch the next day.

Damn, was gonna make this one today but our grocery has never heard of white chicken chili seasoning. Am gonna scour the inet for the break out of the spices.

Yeah, and my Dad bought me the big giant stainless one for Christmas last year, so I am excited to get on solids and start cooking up these recipes!

FYI: The White Chicken Chili season is made by McCormick...most larger grocery stores has this...
