I'm always on a quest to find drinkables because I bore of Crystal Light and I can't stand full on water. 2 liters water (about 8 1/2 cups) 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger 1 medium cucumber. peeled and thinly sliced 1 medium lemon thinly sliced 12 small spearmint leaves Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight. Cucumber and lemon are natural dirutetics and gingers and spearment help relieve bloating. Make it to suit your personal sweet spot. I halved the cucumber and upped the lemon and ginger. But this is a good, simple drink, and like you, I hate to drink plain o' water by it self...it 'needs' a kick in it to entice me! Thanks Jann! I followed your suggestions about halving the cucs and more on the lemon and ginger. In addition, I added lime too. Fantastic flavors for my palate!
