CompletelyRevised Posted November 11, 2008 Report Posted November 11, 2008 I was reading something about a diet on the forums where you eat liquid the first day and then gradually add protein, etc. It was posted to get back on track and also to do this diet if you think your band has slipped. Any help appreciated, I've spent an hour searching for it.
