What Does It Mean?

Exercise requires energy, and this energy is measured using Calories (or more accurately, kilocalories). Considering 1 pound of fat is the equivalent of 3,500 Calories

Thanks for the post, Cathy. It will come in handy as we track our food intake and activity each day. Now, lets BURN some calories!

Thank you Cathy =D>

Have you started your excercise program yet?

I've got to get going, and this list will help.

Great post!

Good for you Cathy. Is that like an eliptical machine?

Man, I can only do 5 minutes on that with no incline. Last time I worked out.

I have this place. It's a Senior Center. I'm only 51, but their senior age starts

at 50. Anyway, it's free. I need to go!!! But I always make excuses of errands

to do after work. They have early hours, close @7p. So, I need to do it right after work.

It's very nice, newly remodeled. Swimming pool. I'm getting my oil changed today.

I will go tomorrow. Thanks, I needed to see it in writing.

Hold me to it!

Tara
