Amanda2008
Can I have pudding and softserv frozen yogurt when starting on creamy soups and yogurt? Pudding really helps me when I crave chocolate so I hope I can have some soon.

Yes you can babe. Remember during your first 21 days, you are not counting calories. I had puddings and fudgsicles dring this time as well. CindyLou
I had pudding today and it was VERY filling. I tolerated that better than liquids. The liquids cause a lot of stomoch rumbling and the pudding didn't.

BandDiva
I am a fro yo ho! haha.. I love it. I have it about once a week. Why just once a week? If you get the Jello Sugar free snacks, there are 70 calories. I don't see how it can hurt you if you subtract it from your daily intake. It sure helps me from diving into other cravings. JazzyJude
Lately, I've treated myself to either a fudgsicle or the 100 calorie Klondike ice cream sandwiches....yummy! I usually have these for my late night snack if I wanted to have one and add this to my daily count of calories.
