Hello, Can I have any kind of the soup at hand or do I need to be careful of the "chunks"? I know it should be common sense but I've extremely paranoid of messing this up. Please let me know. Thanks!!!

I've gone with Dr Miranda's suggestion, "If you can't drink it you can't have it."

I am PARANOID about eating something I shouldn't. I had the broth from split pea last night and it was extremely filling. That was the first time I've felt full. You are doing great!

Campbell's has some great one-serving soups you can microwave in the cup. I like creamy tomato and the Soup at Hand creamy chicken.

I also love Muir Garden's organic tomato with basil. Amazing! But too tempting to overeat because it's so yummy!

As yes...the 'creamy soup' stage! I didn't mind this stage because of the selection of soups I can make on my own or collectively from ready made canned goods - here's 2 canned recipes I liked...

Here's a fullfilling soup Cathy had me started on:

1 can Campbell's Cream of Potato plus one can of milk

1/2 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese plus one can of milk

Optional - Spices I've used are garlic, rosemary, and celery

* I double the recipe, as you can have soups several times a day. Put all ingredients in a pot and mash the potatoes down a bit and warm it up. Serve in a drinking cup and enjoy! NOTE: If there are any 'chunky' bits of potatoes, then I am practicing my "chew, chew, chew" rule when I do go on solids.

Another I like is tomato soup! I add to a can of Campbell's Tomato soup, basil, celery, and sometimes garlic. Then add to my bowl, a few drops of hot sauce for a 'kick'. Quite good!

The ones with the itty bitty chunks are OK - like the cream of broccoli. The chunks are so small you will be OK, but with like the creamy potato soup I ate it but strained the big chunks out. A few really small ones got through, but it was fine.
