CindyLou
I've lost a little over 15 lbs (including preop) and I can already feel such a difference in my waist and back area. Also, my face looks much slimmer and I am not retaining ANY water in my ankles and legs. I put on my jeans yesterday and they buttoned without any problem and even felt loose in the butt. So this gives me much enthusiam to continue this liquid diet for 11 more days!!! I haven't really felt very hungry, just had a few cravings when my husband eats food that smells good. So for those of you just getting your band or thinking of getting your band, just remember the results do come quickly!!

Wait until the bloating goes down completely, and you will see a much smaller stomach. At least, that is how it was for me. This is such an exciting time for you now, you will whiz through those last 11 days in no time.

MrsParris
I was banded the day before you were, somehow we missed each other at the hotel. It isn't in your imagination. I feel the same way. The greatest thing is I can feel my self-confidence beginning to return. Keep up the awesome work. I can't wait to see some before and after pictures. I can't even figure out how to put up an avatar. Kimberly
nothereanymore
Its so awesome to hear this, congrats and just think of what you're all going to look like by next Christmas! The changes will be dramatic! Kimberly, to change your avatar go to the upper left hand corner and click on My Controls. Once you’re there look to the left and you’ll see the menu. Go down to personal profile and click on Edit Avatar Settings You’re almost home free now; you can either choose an avatar from the gallery at the forum or add your own with a link to a site you hold you photo’s on, or directly from your computer. I generally upload from my computer. If you have photos’ store there just click on browse and go pick one up by clicking on it. Its pretty easy once you get in and start playing with it. GirlBarb
those are the things that keep me motivated, I hate back fat! I don't know if mine will ever go away??? I do know that at different weights, different body parts shrink, I have seen this happen to my friend, she can tell exactly what will melt away next according to her scale. For her, the chest, upper back area are the last to go. interesting, b
