MyNewLife Posted December 2, 2008 Author Report Posted December 2, 2008 EXCELLENT post Carrie...I am going to print this for my binder! Which website did you get this information from? Thanks everyone, I am getting all of my foods together this week and was trying to figure out what foods that I need to try to eat with the highest protein. I am not sure what website it was from. I google ALL the time and I think I googled High protein foods and just started reading through them.
determination Posted December 2, 2008 Report Posted December 2, 2008 My husband and I were discussing the protein last night. Saying that I was going to have to find something that listed the amount of protein in everything. What great timing! I have already printed it off to add to my collection of things to come, to expectand, and what to do. What a learning experience. Anne (12 days and counting)
julieburns Posted December 4, 2008 Report Posted December 4, 2008 Even as someone who has been banded awhile this is nice to have on one page. Thanks Carrie!
