EXCELLENT post Carrie...I am going to print this for my binder! Which website did you get this information from?

Thanks everyone, I am getting all of my foods together this week and was trying to figure out what foods that I need to try to eat with the highest protein. I am not sure what website it was from. I google ALL the time and I think I googled High protein foods and just started reading through them.

My husband and I were discussing the protein last night. Saying that I was going to have to find something that listed the amount of protein in everything. What great timing! I have already printed it off to add to my collection of things to come, to expectand, and what to do. What a learning experience. Anne (12 days and counting)

I have been searching for this because the first time I saw it, I thought it was great! Then I lost it. I am trying to repost this for all of the recent surgery people out there. I think this will help us realize how much protein some of the most common foods have. :D
