nothereanymore
If its with Dr Ortiz, its pretty fast, around 20 minutes. (He said mine was less than 20 minutes). He has an amazing operating room and its totally organized. Pretty cool how is does it. That's why we generally feel pretty good when we wake up - we're not under very long. MrsParris
From pre-op testing to waking up from the anesthesia it was about 3 hrs. for me. My surgery report says the actual surgery took 40min. Kimberly
BandDiva
Mine was 19 minutes and that was repairing a hiatel hernia too. It will depend on your Doctor.
jhawkchick75
On the OCC website and on youtube you can watch Dr. Ortiz do a procedure. It's very short and sweet. I got ancy and nervous too, but it is cake. Once I got there all my nerves were gone. I think mostly from talking so much to folks on here.
