You look great Denise! It's pictures like yours that keep me motivated. I just finished my 21 days of liquids on Tues. I can't get a fill until January, and I have 0 restriction. I am watching portions and following all the bandster rules, while pretending that I have some restriction. I am a little bummed about it, but your photo makes me feel better.

Thanks Kimberly, thats how I did it also with no restriction and will power. And all the help of a lot of good people here, like Jann, Cathy, Janet, Dawnie, WillT, Cedar, Kim2bslim, Kimmy just to name a few. Some are gone now but all there help is here. I just go back an search the post and re-read them when im in some sort of trouble. Good luck in youre journey.
