MyNewLife
Hi Everyone~! Well I am sure when I ask this question everyone will know that I did not do away with the scales..lol. I have read and several people say that they HAVE to have 1200 calories a day and their protien everday in order for the weight to come off. Do I need to be trying to get 1200 calories a day? I know what I am eating and I am NO where close. Do I need to do something different or just have patients or both? ugghhh on patients ! lol
bigali
Since being banded I have never been able to eat 1200 calories. I lisen to my body and I eat what I can I usually eat between 800 to 1000 the most. I feel great and I exercise a lot. And most import the weight is coming off. That is what works for me I am not saying that it is what work for anybody else.
lovinlifedfw
Patients!!! You HAVE to have patients not matter what!!! Some people see it come off fast, on the other hand some people see it come off slow. I'm one of the fast ones. Well from what I've seen I am. I havent hit the 2 month period yet and I've already lost 31 pds. It just depends on how your body takes to the band at first. I was very slow at first with losing the weight, and thought it was NEVER going to come off, I never sat there and had a pity party, cause it seems from what I've seen in other people, it makes matters worse!!! Eventually it will all come off. You just have to take your time. It's not a magic pill and its not going to happen over night, and anyone that tells you other wise is well all i gotta say is "DEE DE DEE"
