determination Posted December 26, 2008 Report Posted December 26, 2008 I have heard varying amounts of first fills and subsequent fills. They are so different depending on where you go. I am interested in all places, but specifically in the northwest (Oregon, Idaho and Washington). Thank you ahead of time for your response.
