Can we eat some snacks in between meals to get it in. Snacks like 100 calorie bars? I kept track of my calories and I am only sitting at about 700. However, I'm a bit of a snacker so it's been incredibly difficult for me. But, I'm working on it. I would just work on up'ing your calories during your meals. (If you can call Dr. Miranda and check to see what she says our calorie intake should be to verify). I think it would be interesting to see what she says about this. I took my supplements religiously since I couldn’t hit my caloric intake with just eating three meals a day – most days. And if I was feeling weak I would down some protein water or I would have a shake for breakfast. I really tried not to snack at first since that was my weakness and caused part of my weight problem - my goal was to try and break as many bad eating habits I had as possible and that was just one of them. If you aren't eating enough your body will go into starvation mode and you won't be able to lose. My protein bullets and vitamins help me get some extra calories in. Until you have more restriction, cheese is a great way to get more calories but still get a healthy option. I could be wrong, but it is my understanding and i've been following the no snacking rule, but check your materials. I have been eating more at breakfast and lunch to get my metabolism going, and then not quite as much at dinner, but still plenty to keep me satisfied. Good luck!!! I called right away like you said to do, and it is a good thing I did--they are a busy busy clinic. I got my first fill booked! Thanks! They do use fluoroscopy, right? No, but my husband is a 2nd cousin or so to the late Arizona Governor Mecham - but then I shouldn't tell people that since that governor got impeached hahahaha. I should be on the same shuttle as you on the 16th - are you planning on getting in some shopping after the fill? I want to, but don't want to go alone. I just want to get it all in and keep losing. Tonight for dinner I tried to eat 3 oz of chicken (dark meat) and 1/4 cup of green beans so I could have some potato, but just couldn't eat all that.
