DaGreen
I think I am going to do botox next time. I did Zoom Whitening yesterday and my teeth freaking HURT! Major sensitivity issues. I'll let you know in another 24 hours if it was worth it, that's when the pain is supposed to subside.

I got my Zoom done at my local dentist a couple of years ago and my teeth were hurting so bad that I had to pull over on the way home!! I couldn't even drive!! ( Seriously, my teeth are hurting now just thinking about it... After reading all of mansaw's comments on the botox, I made an appt at Cosmed to get some while I'm there for my surgery at the end of January!! I am so proud to have found this website! It has meant so much to me to read all your posts with advice, support and experiences! (okay, sorry for the mushy part - but it's true)!!
Guest mansaw
my only beef with cosmed (but not a big enough beef to not do it again - I am going to go again in feb and have more done) is that here they numb the area they are going to botox. Out of the 7 spots he did...5 I didnt feel...1 was a little ouch...and the one in the middle of my forehead I wanted to kick him - cuz it really did hurt and did for about an hour after. I had a little dot under my eye on my cheek from the little ouch one that lasted about two days - made it look like I had a zit - which I have non so it stuck out :S thank goodness for coverup. Besides that though - no other complaints and cant wait to get more! I am addicted - and am glad I started this at thirty so I never get big deep wrinkles ( just have to keep it up)

jms462001
Is that by OCC? If not is it far from there? $350 for botox, each area, sounds like a lot for Mexico. I only pay $300 here in AZ for each area at the perfect skin laser center. You will love the restalyne results. If they do the sculptra, I think that is even better. Guest mansaw
well - its a good price for me...where I live - I still have to drive two hours to get anything done - then it costs more as well - so for me its wayyyyyyyy cheaper...about $300 cheaper once I drive and everythingl
nothereanymore
It is so worth it - I had before and after pictures of my face and you can really tell the difference - its such a small price to pay to get rid of those darn wrinkles and prevent more from coming on. And if you're up there already - go for it girls - you'll love it! (and if you don't its not permanent so you don't have to worry) One thing that's happened to me since I received my band and lost the weight is I do take more time for myself. I think its just part of the process; we gain more confidence and want to look better as we lose the weight. However please be aware, once you start its hard to stop and you also see all the other cool things they can do to help you look good while losing the weight. (I'll take my new face over my old any day - and I haven't had any surgery on it - just Botox, peels, some juvederm and facials) I personally wanted to erase the damage I’d done carrying over 100 pounds for so long.
