ckiki
I am 5 days post op, and everything is going good, I am keeping hydrated, taking a vitamin, no gas pains, not hungry, just a little bloaty, but I am also feeling a little spacey..lol. I emailed Dr. Miranda, to see if there is anything I can do to help this, but I wanted to see if anyone else experienced this. It's not out of control, I mean I can cope, I went back to work today. Just trying to figure out what I can do to not feel so lightheaded.

jhawkchick75
I had some of that too and the K2O water will help with that. As you get on creamy stuff it will help, but make sure you are getting your protein! I know I was really spacey at first.

I was lightheaded and dizzy, I up'd my protein and added b12 with my supplements. I immediately started feeling better. I had to have 70-80 grams of protein a day to feel good. michelleintj
There were a few times I felt light headed, almost as if I were going to pass out...had to sit down, let it pass and drink somthing with sugar in it...or suck on a piece of candy!
