JazzyJude
After seven days, as long as you don't bite the Fudgsicle.Clear liquids only the first seven days. Yup...I am a chocoholic and I couldn't WAIT to have my 'fix'! During the clear liquid stage I would have suck on a tootsie roll pop and that had saved me! I didn't start on the fudgesicles until after 2 weeks into my solid food days...I was focusing on my calorie/protein intake daily and then incorporate it as my snack at nite and alternate that with apple, cheese and a glass of wine. tnm75
I started on them the day my creamy stage began. I wasn't calorie counting during that time, but I did splurge and bought the Healthy Choice. A lot less sugar and a lot less fat. It was worth it for me. If you have a Safeway grocery store... they often put them on sale... two boxes for $9. I loved them. Kristy
Christy26
Ive been drinking hot chocolate the whole time. Its mixed with water and I figured since coffee and tea were allowed, hot chocolate would be fine. I havent tried fudgecicles yet but Im assuming they would be fine after day 7. Ive been wondering about Wendys Frostys? The small one, ya know? Its not made in a blender and would be a ggreat treat! What do u think?
ckiki
Thanks for the replies. I just had my first creamy soup, broccoli cheese, with the bits of broccoli strained out of course, and it was ohhhhhh so yummy. It was weird though, as much as I was craving it, I could only eat a little, and I was fulfilled. As far as the fudgsicles, I bought the regular kind (can't remember the name of them, the ones in the yellow box..lol) but with no sugar added, so there not even a 100 calories. I will be having one tonight.

ckiki
Ok so the broccoli cheese soup did not go over well with me. I fill so bloated, like I am carrying a 50 lb rock in my gut...good grief!! There goes that creamy soup. I hope I can handle tomato soup and cream of chicken
Christy26
That sucks! I hope you get some relief soon! I ordered Ocharleys potato soup without the potatos and bacon today to go for lunch. it went down fine but about 2 hours later, i had such a pain in my stomach - i was very bloated for about an hour. Ive really gotten hungry as of last night and all today - I think going back to work has alot to do with it - Im moving around more and smelling food ( I am a GM of a food retailer) plus all of my employees are eating all the time. I am getting really discouraged about the 21 day liquids - I have it marked on my calender at work the dayI i can eat food and I really really really miss and want to eat food and feel bad for it because it seems like everyone else breezed through the 21 days and I dont know why its going to be hard for me? Christy26
lol.... i told my boyfriend today that I just wanted some french fries and he said "well just buy some and suck on them or something" and I said "are you crazy, i would devour them if i had them near my mouth!" lol I just hope i can go another 14 days..... *sigh* its gonna be a long month
jhawkchick75
I know it is easier said that done, but try not to focus on it so much. I was going to do a countdown, but I didn't because I needed to focus as little as possible and just try to get through it as quickly as possible. When I went back to work it was actually easier for me. It made the day go by faster and gave me less time to think about it. I am not gonna lie, it wasn't a cake walk. But it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Just make sure and really mix it up and don't have the same soup over and over. The 21 days goes by faster than you think. And it is also a huge confidence boost once you get through it - shows you that you CAN do this!!!

I hear ya, I can't tell you how many times I wanted to suck on that pretzal stick that was staring at me, or how I really wanted to suck on a salt and vinegar chip. I am still trying to recover from that soup, but I did just have a fudgsicle..so yummy! I am doing pretty good on the 21 diet, because I am not really hungry (outside of yesterday, being slightly hungry), and as long as I don't think about food. I was excited too, but now I am not even wanting any..lol. I think because it's been so hot here in Southern Cali, that all I find is cold things. I did buy these wonderful Minute Maid Soft Frozen Lemonades, like the kind they have at Disneyland (for those who know what I mean). Well they finally sell them in the store, and perfect timing for me to find them. Pure Yumminess!!!!
