rhc66
Since we are not suppose to drink liquids with our meals, can we still eat cereal? I love to have cereal for breakfast, but I didn't want to wash the cereal through my band with the milk. I have had 2 fills so far. Does anyone eat cereal since being banded? Do you think it is okay? ckiki
I was wondering this exact thing. I haven't had a fill yet, so I guess it doesn't matter in my case, but it would be good to know for future.

I measure out my dry ceral first (no more than one level cup worth and then add as much milk I need...viola! Enjoy!
